Cancellation policy

• Up to 3 months before arrival: free cancellation
• From 3 months to arrival: deposit is non-refundable
• Within the last week, in case of no-show or early departure: 100% of the total stay will be charged

• Check-in: from 3:00 PM
• Check-out: by 9:00 AM

Important information

• Pets are not allowed
• Smoking is not permitted in the apartments
• Quiet hours in outdoor areas from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM
• Please store skis, ski boots, and bicycles in the designated storage room.
• Please dispose of the rubbish in the outdoor bins before check-out.
• For the well-being of all guests and out of respect for the environment, we kindly ask you to switch off the engine while parking.
