Information about prices and terms of payment and cancellation
The prices are intended per day and for the number of people indicated in the price list for a minimun stay of 7 nights.
Add beds: we charge € 10,00 per day and child til 2,99 years and € 25,00 for children up to 3 years and adult.
The tourist tax is 1,65 € per day and person (up to 14 years).
Reservations are valid after the receipt of an advance payment equivalent to 30% of the full amount.
Please communicate immediately any changes to the reservation made.
Final payment: please settle your account the day before your departure, by credit card (VISA, Master Card), by debit card or cash.
During high season the price is intended for the apartments per day.
Cancellation conditions: in case of cancellation 3 months prior to your arrival date the deposit is 100% refundable. In case of cancellation of booking up to 4 weeks prior to arrival the deposit is non-refundable. In case of no-show or of cancellation of booking within the last 4 weeks to arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Delayed arrivals or anticipated departures are not considered in final billing.
Cancellation conditions Covid-19: If your vacation with us is no longer possible due to a lockdown, the cancellation conditions will not apply. The deposit will be carry over for your next stay with us.
In order to avoid unexpected costs we suggest you to subscribe the following cancellation policy:

Our house features also:
Free private parking (one car/apartment), garden with children's playground and sun lounges, barbecue on request, bike storage room and ski depot with boot dryer, free Wi-Fi, iron and ironing board on request. Outdoor-sauna on reservation free for you in the winter season.
Pets are not allowed
No smoking apartments
Supplements:
Baby set (cot, child seat, bath tub).
Washing machine and dryer for a fee (delivering linen).
Bread service.
Final cleaning: € 40,00 for apartment Pre da munt, for apartments Pütia and Picolin € 50,00 each and for apartments Sas dla Crusc and Corn € 60,00 each.
