Rates summer season

The prices are intended per day and for the number of people indicated in the price list for a minimun stay of 7 nights.

Add beds: we charge € 10,00 per day and child til 2,99 years and € 50,00 for children up to 3 years and adultS.

The tourist tax is 2,60 € per day and person (up to 14 years).

Reservations are valid after the receipt of an advance payment equivalent to 30% of the full amount.

Please communicate immediately any changes to the reservation made.

Final payment: please settle your account the day before your departure, by credit card (VISA, Master Card), by debit card or cash.


Cancellation conditions: Cancellation within 3 months before arrival no penalties are applied. Cancellation between the third month and the arrival date the deposit will not be refunded. In case of cancellation in the week before arrival, in case of no-show or in case of early departure, 100% of the value of the stay will be charged.

central starting point for walks, hikes or bike tours in the Puez-Geisler and Fanes-Sennes-Prags nature parks (Unesco World Heritage Site);
Ski-in/ski-out possible in good snow conditions,
Personal, telephone and WhatsApp advice for questions and inquiries,
supermarket and pharmacy in the immediate vicinity.

Additional servicies:
intermediate cleaning possible on request
baby set (cot, child seat, bath tub).
washing machine and dryer for a fee (delivering linen).
bread service,
buffet breakfast or dinner at the Ostaria Posta a few steps from the Chalet at special prices,
electric car charging (price per kw).

Final cleaning:
€ 50,00 for apartment Pre da munt, for apartments Pütia and Picolin € 40,00 each and for apartments Sas dla Crusc and Corn € 70,00 each.

Pets are not allowed

No smoking apartments

It is very important to respect the public quiet hours in the outdoor areas of the Chalet. Any noise or music is not allowed on the balconies after 9 pm.
